Apr. 19, 2022 - EcoMag and iMAGine are pleased to announce the signing of a conditional letter of intent (LOI). This forms an important step towards a full “strategic alliance” between the two companies. 

iMAGine is the newest expansion of the COFERMIN Group and this agreement paves way for the strategic marketing and distribution of EcoMag’s high purity Magnesium. IMAGINE is highly experienced in the marketing and distribution of natural and synthetic Magnesium products and is very committed to developing the market for EcoMag products in Europe, UK, Turkey and China. 

The COFERMIN Group is one of the top distributors of speciality minerals and chemicals in Europe and they have a strong customer base in the relevant niche markets, particularly through their group members IMAGINE and Cofermin Chemicals. EcoMag is a future producer of the cleanest and lowest Carbon Foot Print synthetic magnesium in the world. EcoMag calls it pure and clean magnesium suitable for pharmaceutical and food grade application but also speciality products that have requirements that only EcoMag can solve. This agreement is important as it brings another source of magnesium to Europe through a highly experienced sales and marketing company iMAGine which is dedicated to bring EcoMag’s products to market.
